Cada primer sábado del mes, al amanecer, nos reunimos en Malecón Tajamar para compartir una Meditación Comunitaria abierta y amorosamente sostenida por Sound Healers Cancún, un espacio que he creado y cuidado desde el 2022 para la comunidad de Cancún.

En círculo, conectamos con la respiración, la presencia y la intención colectiva, permitiendo que el sonido guíe la experiencia. A través de instrumentos ancestrales y vibracionales, armonizamos cuerpo, mente y corazón mientras el sol comienza a elevarse sobre la laguna.

Este encuentro nace con el deseo de ofrecer un espacio accesible y consciente, por lo que la participación es por aportación voluntaria. Cada contribución sostiene la continuidad de este encuentro y el cuidado del espacio compartido.

No se requiere experiencia previa. Solo traer tu tapete, agua y la disposición de regalarte este momento de conexión, presencia y comunidad. (Revisa el Calendario)

Monthly Community Meditation with *Sound Healers Cancún*

On the first Saturday of each month, at sunrise, we gather at Malecón Tajamar to share a Community Meditation lovingly held by Sound Healers Cancún, a space I have created and nurtured since 2022 for the Cancún community.

Sitting in circle, we connect through breath, presence, and collective intention, allowing sound to guide the experience. Through ancestral and vibrational instruments, we harmonize body, mind, and heart as the sun slowly rises over the lagoon.

This gathering is offered with the intention of creating an accessible and conscious space, and participation is by voluntary contribution. Each offering helps sustain the continuity of these gatherings and the care of our shared space.

No previous experience is required. Simply bring your mat, water, and an open heart to receive this moment of connection, presence, and community. (Check the Calendar)
